If I could give zero stars, I would. I made 2 separate appointments with the owner a couple months ago. Both were a no call/no show. When I called the office to see where he was, they were clueless. He then called me the day after the 2nd appointment he missed and rescheduled. When he came the 3rd time, he was obviously under the influence of something. I wouldn't trust him as far as I can throw him. If this is the precedent set by the owner, I can't imagine how dependable the rest of the company is.
Lomax was great to work with as we had most of the windows in the house replaced. Donovan was very thorough in explaining the options, product features, and giving us a quote. Once we committed to the project, things went exactly as planned. The new windows had to be custom manufactured to fit the existing openings, and the new windows all fit exactly as planned.
