Grabbed two very nice HUGE mats for my cats litter box for $9.00 total. Absurd deal! Great service too. Will never buy cat mats online again
Don and his team assisted my 75 year old Aunt in replacing the carpeting in her apartment and they were great through the whole process! Everyone she and I spoke with were knowledgeable and respectful. The estimate and installation both went smoothly. They also were able to save her a few hundred dollars compared to the other estimates she had gotten. Which for someone on a fixed income is huge!
The sales woman we had was newer and the manager decided treating her like trash in front of customers was the correct way to teach her. Very demeaning and if we hadn't already set up the purchase and install would have walked just because of him. The manager from the show tires is more respectful than him. Couple other sales women seemed to roll their eyes before one finally offered to help and actually complete the sale. Price was good though. Both the Lomax team and their installers were very accommodating during this process. They also had a wide range of products for us to choose from. Make sure to ask for Don when you walk in! He is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
I recently had LVP flooring installed in my kitchen, dining room, living room and one bathroom. My store experience was wonderful. Lisa was my salesperson and she worked very hard to get me what I wanted within the budget I had set for myself. Additionally my installer (Hardwood Design- Paulo) and his crew did a wonderful job. Each cut was very precise and I’m very pleased with the results.
