If I could give Keith 10 stars out of 5, I would!! The massage was excellent and clearly what my body needed. His instructions were clear, easy to follow, and soothing. The treatment itself did wonders for my angry low back and shoulder. As a fellow LMT, his professionalism and skill are inspiring!! If you're considering booking, I highly reccomend you do so ASAP.

I've had some real long-term tension in parts of my body that I thought were just going to be chronic. After talking with Keith, he was able to target and make some of these spots more mobile than they've been in years. Really happy with the session!
Keith is an absolutely amazing massage therapist. He has really good deep pressure and ensures that he focuses soley on what your body is needing and going through. He gives a thorough Swedish massage with many different methods and styles while also focusing on myofascial release. I will definitely be returning here!
