Keith is an absolutely amazing massage therapist. He has really good deep pressure and ensures that he focuses soley on what your body is needing and going through. He gives a thorough Swedish massage with many different methods and styles while also focusing on myofascial release. I will definitely be returning here!

Keith is the best! He finds all my knots and works them out, and in short has brought this old body back to life. Wish I could have a massage from him every day. Outstanding professionalism, deep seated knowledge of the human body is exceptional!

Keith is amazing. I have seen him weekly for several years. He understands muscular structure and knows how to reduce tension. He works deep (if that's what you want), stretches and uses cupping. I recommend him most highly.

Keith is true professional in his field and is always learning new ways to improve his craft. Keith does a great job at listening to what you need and doing check-ins during the bodywork and adjusting as needed.
