I’ve been here for 3 years and counting our manager Trisha is supper attentive friendly as our maintenance man Alfredo . But… My only complaint about this apartment complex for a while now is.. The PLUMBING!! It’s been really consistent and water has been shut off for hours when it has to be repaired for the entire apartment complex!! It happens about every month. This PLUMBING issue has been an on going thing for a long time now and has to be fixed immediately!
Does anyone know if their eviction friendly not necessarily eviction but except anything in collections
I’ve lived here going on 4 years. I first stayed in a 1 bedroom but transferred to a 2 bedroom after my first year. The transfer was easy with maintenance and management. Management isn’t afraid of kicking people who are trespassing out. Maintenance is pretty easy to request and to schedule. They do shut water off to upgrade plumbing and repair leaks for a couple of hours but will notify residents ahead so we can know.
Best place to rent from totally recommend ☺️
