I have lived at Loma Vista Apartments for the last 2 years. And it has been an amazing experience. The previous manager (Trisha) and maintenance tech (Alfredo) were phenomenal! There has been a recent transition and the new manager, Alvita, and the maintenance tech (Oops! I dont know his name) have maintained the same level of professionalism and respect to me and my sons. I recently moved in and my experience so far has been very positive. Alvita Rhodes was professional, responsive, and made the entire move-in process smooth and easy. She explained everything clearly and was always available to answer any questions I had. I really appreciated how organized and helpful she was during this transition. Moving can be stressful, but her support made it a lot easier. I’m happy with my new place and looking forward to settling in.
I am so glad that I found live Loma vista management was so professional and kind I fell in love with them and my new apartment. The community is clean and the people are kind and polite I am just love it here today is my second day at my new home and I am so blessed. If you pick livelomavista you’re making the best decision for your self come join the family.
I’ve been here for 3 years and counting our manager Trisha is supper attentive friendly as our maintenance man Alfredo . But… My only complaint about this apartment complex for a while now is.. The PLUMBING!! It’s been really consistent and water has been shut off for hours when it has to be repaired for the entire apartment complex!! It happens about every month. This PLUMBING issue has been an on going thing for a long time now and has to be fixed immediately!
Does anyone know if their eviction friendly not necessarily eviction but except anything in collections
