I’ve lived here for more than 3 years and the new management is terrible. With the previous management, notifications were done electronically and prior to any scheduled maintenance. As of recently, notifications have been by paper notice taped on the doors- day of, any inconveniences. Before the new management, the community pool was always unlocked during open hours however, most recently, the pool has been locked for unknown circumstances. Without any notice, and a few days, there was not any access to the pool. With all ... read more

I have lived at Loma Vista Apartments for the last 2 years. And it has been an amazing experience. The previous manager (Trisha) and maintenance tech (Alfredo) were phenomenal! There has been a recent transition and the new manager, Alvita, and the maintenance tech (Oops! I dont know his name) have maintained the same level of professionalism and respect to me and my sons. I recently moved in and my experience so far has been very positive. Alvita Rhodes was professional, responsive, and made the entire move-in process smooth and easy. She explained everything clearly and was always available to answer any questions I had. I really appreciated how organized and helpful she was during this transition. Moving can be stressful, but her support made it a lot easier. I’m happy with my new place and looking forward to settling in.
