Lovely apartment complex, well taken care of apartments, new, thick and good quality carpet, free accent wall and welcome gift basket, common pool and laundry rooms, pet friendly, good communication with property managers, reasonable prices.
I highly recommend this apartment complex especially to those of you with cats! The apartments are well maintained, spacious, QUIET, and the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. Apartment reviews and finding a good complex can be so hard in this area. This place is truly as good as the reviews make it sound! This complex has the added benefit of being gated, so the grounds and pool feel even more secluded and relaxing.
I love living at Loma Vista! The building is in a great location and we have a great community. It's a great place to come home to after work, knowing that I can relax and not worry. Momi and Tom take great care of the place and all the trees make it feel less like a city apartment building and more like a nature preserve. 5 Stars!
