They have canceled my appointment two times. That something was wrong with my Insurance. I called my insurance they called them saying that at my end everything was correct. And the lady from that office said that they were having a glitch on their system. Horrible customer service.
If I can rate no stars I would. A horrible experience! Let me start with scheduling an appointment. It took me a whole 40 minutes to schedule the appointment. I sent the order I was provided via link from scheduler, verbal insurance info and everything else they asked for. Later I received a text about my appointment to completed entering (providing pictures) my ID, insurance and order I received in the portal, which I did. Scheduled an appointment for 12:45pm. Wasn't called until 2pm for an x-ray that didn't even take a minute. At this point what is the point of scheduling an appointment and having to arrive 20 minutes before.
