If I can rate no stars I would. A horrible experience! Let me start with scheduling an appointment. It took me a whole 40 minutes to schedule the appointment. I sent the order I was provided via link from scheduler, verbal insurance info and everything else they asked for. Later I received a text about my appointment to completed entering (providing pictures) my ID, insurance and order I received in the portal, which I did. Scheduled an appointment for 12:45pm. Wasn't called until 2pm for an x-ray that didn't even take a minute. At this point what is the point of scheduling an appointment and having to arrive 20 minutes before.
The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional not only does she have an attitude to her, she also is rude to customers. There was a lady in front of us and the receptionist was in the back just chatting it up in the back rather than being on post helping customers and we were waiting. She comes to the customer and she literally tells her to wait and goes back like her conversation was possibly more important than helping the front like she should be. I arrived during business hours just to be turned away because the X ray technician, and front end nurses were ready to leave for the day. The entrance B door was already locked at 4:30pm. I walked around the building to see if there was another entry way, and there wasn’t. There was an older woman out there with me. She knocked on the glass door, and the front end nurse opened the door. Now that I’m inside of the establishment within business hours 4:35pm to be exact.
