Expected better considering this is a part of Loma Linda! In the beginning of my mother’s care it was good, a convenient location, despite the ridiculously long waits, then it wasn’t (for various reasons-doc on personal leave, new doc didn’t stay very long before leaving, and yes, COVID) Let’s just say the continuity of care isn’t there… But I will say the wait seems a little better…?? (not by much) With new insurance next year it’s unlikely we’ll be back anyhow…

I called to make an appointment for the first time, girl Jennifer was so rude!! perhaps she need to finish her day and I was taking her time, she was asking for my diagnosis not my problem. She should be train to be more patient on the phone. I will find another office that is more caring and compassionate with people, is too bad I work in a medical office so know how to treat people specially when they're potential new costumers.

True, sometimes you can wait a long time to be seen. However, the office takes urgent eye visits and gives priority to such patients. I know because I have benefitted from this policy. From a medical standpoint, the care is excellent. Dr. Serapina and his support staff are polite and caring. I highly recommend them.
