We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Creagmile surgeon. Jenny, who assisted Dr. Creagmile with Timothy’s cataract surgery follow-up surgery. Jenny was compassionate, professional, and attentive throughout the process. Her kindness and willingness to help made a stressful experience much easier for Timothy and our family. Thank you, Jenny, for your dedication, patience, and excellent care. Your support truly made a difference, and we sincerely appreciate everything you did for us!
Expected better considering this is a part of Loma Linda! In the beginning of my mother’s care it was good, a convenient location, despite the ridiculously long waits, then it wasn’t (for various reasons-doc on personal leave, new doc didn’t stay very long before leaving, and yes, COVID) Let’s just say the continuity of care isn’t there… But I will say the wait seems a little better…?? (not by much) With new insurance next year it’s unlikely we’ll be back anyhow…

I called to make an appointment for the first time, girl Jennifer was so rude!! perhaps she need to finish her day and I was taking her time, she was asking for my diagnosis not my problem. She should be train to be more patient on the phone. I will find another office that is more caring and compassionate with people, is too bad I work in a medical office so know how to treat people specially when they're potential new costumers.
