I not happy with the outcome of my visit. Just because they say specialty doesn't mean they act like it.
Takes so long. I understand that it’s a speciality clinic but waiting since 300 pm it is now 5 pm and we haven’t seen the doctor. Absolutely ridiculous wait time.
First, the receptionist was rude. It seemed like she didn't want to be there. Waited an hour. The M.A. was nice but she proceeded to ask me personal medical questions in the hallway which is a major HIPPA violation. Oh the doctor seemed to be annoyed with the fact this was a second opinion for my son's fractured arm. Deliberately asking why I was here like I was wasting his time. It was a waste of my time.
