I was really excited to order earrings from here for my wedding. I ordered earrings that were fine but didn't look great on me. The most annoying thing was the return process. I was planning on finding another pair but I called and emailed soooo many times before I heard a response. When I sent the earrings back, I've had to follow up so many times over months which is a lot of mental and emotional load while planning the wedding and other life commitments.
