I placed an order with Lolo Overland in January for a set of Dobinson upper control arms. I was told they were on backorder and would arrive in March. It’s now mid-April, and despite multiple attempts to get an update—three emails and several phone calls—I’ve received no response. To make matters worse, Dobinsons USA has since listed the product as back in stock in the U.S., yet Lolo Overland hasn’t followed up or fulfilled the order. Ordered BajaDesign work lights and a couple little knickknacks. The little knickknack shipped right away and I received them. The expensive work lights have not shipped. Place the order in the middle of March. Tried calling three times and the voicemail directed me to email. I tried emailing and no response. Seems like an ongoing issue.
I ordered 2 RIGd drop down tables on February 19th. It is supposed to take 2-4 weeks for the tables to ship. It is now April 4th so now over 6 weeks, I can't get anyone to email me back with details about my order. I can't find a phone number anywhere to have a conversation and figure out what is going on. I want to work this out and not report it as fraud, but I can't get anyone at Camplolo to talk to me. Very disappointed.
Extremely slow order processing. My order is not complicated and in stock apparently. What's the deal? All I can say is avoid this company.
Placed an order from Lolo Overland on January 21st for air compressor from Thors Lightning. After waiting for almost a month for the item to ship, I finally reached out to Lolo Overland to find out the status of my order. They didn't even know that the order had not shipped.
