Cass was awesome. She did a great job of cleaning up my hair. It was my first visit and I will be back! Lolo Salon is very nice to visit, modern and clean.
Absolutely outstanding experience! The owner Ali the barber takes professionalism to the next level — every cut is done with precision, attention to detail, and genuine care. The styling is always on point, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere makes each visit something to look forward to. You can tell he truly takes pride in his craft. Highly recommend
I usually don’t write negative reviews, but today’s experience was truly disappointing. After several previous visits, I tried to book another appointment but the online system didn’t work, so I called. The owner, Ali, answered the phone and spoke very rudely. After I politely introduced myself, he said, “I don’t know you,” in an annoyed tone and told me I called at a bad time — then hung up without even saying goodbye.
