Booked my magic show on behalf of someone else and charged an enormous commission without asking my permission. Why on Earth would you assume you are entitled to make money off of an act I have spent years working on? I’ll take this review down when I get paid. I was not in any way rude to the customer. Been first time at Lollipop’s Parramatta today but I was very disappointed! We arrived one and half hours after opening. No staff at the reception. Finally after a while someone came. Finally we are inside and the inflatables haven’t been ready. My child was looking forward to play there. They were quite unhappy about it. Staff just switched the inflatables on, left and never checked if all parts were proper inflated. Later my child was on it, I saw that some parts were twisted and not completely inflated. Thanks so much to Lollipops Parramatta for hosting my daughter’s 5th birthday! My daughter had the best birthday and all the kids had a blast! The staff were so friendly and accomodating. We had a last minute request for pizza and they were able to turn it around so quickly and the pizzas were so fresh and delicious! Highly recommend!
