Cold inside and coffee machine has been out of order a couple of times Otherwise everything else is fine.
Not a bad experience but not a great one either. I took my kids there for a play a few weeks ago and there just did not seem to be enough staff to cover all the areas. The girls who were working were doing a great job but there was not a manager in site. I recall seeing parents asking the young staff a lot of tricky questions which really should have been directed towards a manager. The staff are all gorgeous girls but we're noticing less and less staff working at busy (school holidays) times making the wait for coffee or food longer than it should be.. when visiting last week only 1 young red head girl working on her own while Asian man (manager or owner) stocked and rearranged the drinks in a majority filled fridge and didn't attempt to serve customers ... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GIRLS!!!
Spacious and full of fun! This play centre offers a fantastic variety of activities for kids to enjoy, with plenty of room to explore. The food service could use a bit more speed, but the dumplings were absolutely delicious—totally worth the wait!
