I haven’t been to Lollipops Butler for about 2 years and thought today I would take my 2 yr old granddaughter. What a massive disappointment after paying $9.90 for a 2 yr old we found the place was Filthy, the Air blowing ball section was not working, and the car ride happened once in 2 half hours , the climbing wall was not open, the ball pit was nearly empty of balls, but there were quite a few machine games and rides that required you put money into to use. Great Place and kids love it here and they have vr climbing walls and car rides it's awesome fun.
Whole place was a HUGE let down, the inside looks the same as it did 10 years ago only much more destroyed, dirty and just simply broken. The baby area was especially filthy and filled with rusted toys on the walls. The staff were also a huge issue as there were staff members on the floor at any point of our duration there, they do not let us bring in our own drinks yet won’t have someone behind their kiosk to serve you so that you can buy one, I spent forever ringing to bell for nothing, which caused further headache for wh... read more
We used to love coming here regularly. Unfortunately we found few issues here and there, especially regarding cleaning. Our socks were filthy by the end of the 2h play and my son s knees were black. The place looks a bit run down, kinda needs some TLC. The bathroom was a bit gross tbh, maybe you should schedule regular check ins to ensure it's up to standard at all times.
