They have a good play area but the smell of their toilet fills the whole place. Also, very slow cafe service despite not having a queue.
I sure love burnt fries, pizza and rotten fruit. I also absolutely love having food poisoning.
Zero star! Cancelled the party on us 2 days before announcing the closure of Parramatta Centre with a simple email only (I'm sure they knew this in advance!). REFUSED to return the deposit! After numerous contact to the head office, calls or emails, it was all ignored! There was not even a mention of this deposit being transferred to other Centres! This business is a SCAM! Beware everyone! I will escalate this to NSW Fair Trading!
A group of vacation care kids were bought here. Deposit was paid, but was closed. Not our booking but our transport. Not really ideal!!
