I visited here with three children, and the experience was very unpleasant due to the staff’s attitude. From the entrance, the staff member looked at us with an unfriendly expression and asked to check our bag. At the time, the bag only contained three water bottles and some snacks for the children. We were told that snacks were not allowed and had to be left in the car. I went back to the car, removed all the snacks, and returned. Fabulous and affordable fun for toddlers! We enjoyed 3.5 hours of playtime. Pretty good food. Generous servings of chips. Great social media promotions at present, too, with free entry before 10 a.m. The ball shooters don't work very well though, and the pirate ship is currently under maintenance. They have massage chairs for weary parents. Friendly and helpful staff. All equipment is large enough for adults to get up and down easily too, so no fear of stuck toddlers. Remember to bring socks. We bough a 10 visit pass and wow it’s worth it since we come a lot. Kids love the pirate ship The only reason it’s a 4 star review is because we attended a friends birthday party hosted at lollipops and the party host neglected the party quite a bit and ended up swapping with another person midway? who was fantastic by the way.
