The toddler area was Very dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned for years - it was disgusting. The toilets weren't much better. Probably doesn't help there was one person Manning the place. We left after 10 mins because it was just so filthy. Would not recommend
If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm not one to complain or say anything negative about anyone especially businesses but I have to... I paid to have my twin boys 8th bday at the Underwood centre. I paid the premium package which is the most expensive & it included everything the other packages didn't. With this package we had the kids food plus I paid for an adult dips platter. Went for a grandkids birthday party, the cafe was a joke, seriously we ordered nachos, they dish was nothing like the menu photo, was a few chips some salsa and cheese and it was not good to eat, the price was way over priced for what was served, also ordered a burger, while it was slightly better than the nachos, it was still pretty ordinary. the coffee was just a pass. Yes its a place for kids to play and the kids had a great time, but as for the cafe part terrible!!!
