Such a pity this place is closing as my kids absolutely love it
First thing on a Monday you would assume it would be clean, but no - very dirty place, had not been vacuumed. Balls around entire centre, dirt, food scraps, large pieces of rubbish all throughout play equipment, etc. Ball pit balls were broken and old. The entire place smelt like poo, disgusting and dirty. Told that hand stamps were necessary, even though our friends that came in weren't forced to get them. This place needs a complete overhaul and some cleaners employed, it was disgusting.
We want to continue to come and play but please do better Lollipops. The level of cleanliness on each visit has been poor. Food scraps, dust, old food wrappers, dirty tissues, odours to name just a few. On our most recent visit there was an electrical cord uncovered at the bottom of the big kids play area!
