Have a voucher, was denied I can use it on a public holiday even though it says nothing on the voucher or on the website. This is illegal but the manager didn’t care.

My kids always have a good time when we come here but I have given this place the benefit of the doubt a lot. The last 4 times we’ve been we have ordered meals which take almost 40mins to get to the table. They host cool Halloween events or discos but have very limited staff on every time so you have to wait in huge lines to be let in and to order food. The balls in all areas are dirty, soggy or half chewed and the ball blasters never work.
