Had my wellness check-up today. 1. Appt was at 9am. When I got to office, was told it had been changed the day before to 9:20 because they had to squeeze someone in, and I got no notification. I did get to a room and saw a nurse to take vitals, then WAITED IN THE ROOM FOR 45 MINUTES TO SEE THE DR. I don't necessarily blame the Dr. .

Dr. Ontiveros is Amazing! She is very thorough and always makes me feel at ease. I always leave her office feeling seen and heard instead of just another patient being rushed out the door after five minutes of feedback. She’s the best Primary Doctor I’ve had yet!
Always feel seen and heard by Dr Ontiveros. Never feel rushed when I see her. She is friendly personable and easy to talk with as a doctor should. I highly recommend her! The staff in office are also great and welcoming. Office is clean bright n never have to wait too long for my appointment.
