I have been waiting to see Dr Smith for over a year now and every time I call her appointment list always closed. I think that is unprofessional to have her patients to wait that long. Then when you finally get a appointment she cancelled it. I try to reschedule then I am told appointments list is closed. I want to know what's going on?? Everytime I call it's the same old answer her appointment list is closed?? That is so so unprofessional.
Dr Smith has taken excellent care of me and carefully listens to my requests and questions. I am very happy with Dr Smith as a doctor and highly recommend her.
Dr seemed OK and interested in my health - I thought. My meds were never ordered, I had to call 3 times to get 1 prescription finally filled and 2 never were filled. Her nurse was so incredibly rude, didn't want to talk to me and actually hung up the phone. I have called, sent emails and the Dr NEVER got back to me about my test results. Very disappointed with my service, one star is one too many!
