Just had an event on Saturday, May 3rd and used Lola's Sweet Spins. Very professional, organized, and the cotton candy was SUPER yummy! Would highly recommend.
Incredibly unprofessional. Reached out for information on a potential event. She mentioned I needed to put down a CC to hold the date (as is usually the case). I didn’t confirm with her and did not provide a CC as ultimately I decided not to move forward due to new budget constraints. I received a rude and unprofessional series of emails asking for my final decision and then chastising me for a “late cancellation” and that she had turned down other clients for me - though I had never confirmed or given a CC.
