Bought tickets to an anime rave at Lola’s room for tonight. This was for my partner who has really been needing a break. At the door the night of the event, the venue was closed. Someone at the door told my partner the event was canceled. No notification of this is being given out, I can still buy tickets online right now, very unprofessional don’t waste your money just to show up to a non existent event.

worst experience, do not go here. DJ doesn't want to show up for her job and we aren’t allowed to play music in aux. Bar tender told us the DJ was upstairs so when we went upstairs to see what was happening a different “security guard” aka another bar tender told us we could have anymore drinks for the night and told our bar tender not to serve us because we were messing with music behind the DJ upstairs (not true in the slightest because they had live music and we only walked to the entrance).

Lifesaver! Was here for Garbage upstairs in the ballroom, but it was waaaay too hot up there and I'm recovering from a foot fracture so standing too long was not possible. I came down to Lola's Room to find a seat and was pleasantly surprised by the more than adequate ac circulation and the concert upstairs being projected in multiple screen.
