EDIT TO REPLY: My wife and I both picked up and had food from here yesterday and both of us left independent reviews. so, NOT a duplicate review. It is great that you make fresh base from scratch -- unfortunately, as I wrote in my original review ("I think they use pre-made dough for the base"), it doesn't taste good and SEEMS like store-bought base. Worst pizza ever! The crust tasted biscuit-like and it was a pre-made crust, seriously Their famous garlic knots is store bought bread with garlic and cheese topping! Meh!! Never coming back! Waste of money!
I've visited Lola's Pizza 5-6 times and love coming here for the food and vibe. The beer batter pizza is outstanding and the drinks never disappoint. The dark, tiki-themed atmosphere creates a perfect setting for dinner. However, service has declined noticeably on recent visits. During my last trip, we waited much longer than usual.
