Didn't even get past the initial.call...lady was rude..i ask if I could apply on line or phone..not even a hello..straight too you need perfect credit..we have too call this people an those people..they need perfect credit..I'm like I have better chance at winning lottery..lol
I asked for a small loan for auto repairs. The employee took my information over the phone. Said she would call back with an answer maybe 30 minutes. I was so busy that I noticed it was already my lunch and no call back, email or maybe a voice mail. So I called and the response was you were denied. I asked why no one took the courtesy to advise so I didn't waste my time waiting and now I have to take time away to find another loan company.
