Fox Fitness is a great gym it’s always clean, really well designed for the space, and has everything you need for an effective workout. The machines are thoughtfully selected, so you can get a really solid workout in without needing a huge facility. It never feels crowded and has a more private, focused atmosphere, which I really appreciate. The 24-hour access is also super convenient and makes it easy to stay consistent and robin's persnal traing is amazing.

I have loved working out and learning to weight lift with Robin at Lola’s (now Fox Fitness). It has been a truly life changing experience to step into what I had wanted to do for years in a very supportive gym & Robin was a great 1:1 trainer for me! I like that the gym is clean, not overcrowded, 24hrs, and has the equipment I needed to learn to weight lift/ do cardio. So glad for this experience in my life over the last year!!

I originally joined this gym because of its safe, welcoming, low-key environment, but it wasn’t until I started training with Dr. Robin Fox that I began to appreciate what Fox Fitness has to offer. This is an excellent gym. It’s well run and very clean and the 24 / 7 /365 time schedule is perfect for me. Schedule an interview with Jim. You won’t regret it.
