This gym is a vibe! It’s got great music playing all the time, the atmosphere is comforting and I love the overall layout and color! I love the gym and what is encompassed in the experience! Machines and equipment. They’ve got everything to make it well worth it! Overall impressions are that it is an attractive gym, a vibe to workout in, and a great spot to be apart of!

Ive visited the physical location and it was extremely well maintained. This was also before the remodel it got recently. Definitely worth being a member if you like having a space with plenty of equipment, but not too crowded. The fact that you can use it 24/7 is also a huge plus. I worked with Robin Fox doing online coaching as well. She was extremely flexible as far as what type of plan to follow and specifically asked what limitations/preferences I had. Fox fitness is an amazing 24/7 gym. It gives its members access to a wide variety of gym equipment. There is really something for everyone, no matter where you are in your fitness journey, you’ll find something to utilize. There are 3 levels to the gym. The main floor has several cardio machines as well as different weight lifting machines along with every size free weight imaginable. This has been my gym for the past 2 years and I absolutely love it! Open 24/7, very clean, and very friendly staff (shoutout Robin). On a “busy day” you can expect 4-5 people. Great location and a lovely gym community.

Fox Fitness is a great gym it’s always clean, really well designed for the space, and has everything you need for an effective workout. The machines are thoughtfully selected, so you can get a really solid workout in without needing a huge facility. It never feels crowded and has a more private, focused atmosphere, which I really appreciate. The 24-hour access is also super convenient and makes it easy to stay consistent and robin's persnal traing is amazing.
