This was my first time attending under the new Canadian dental plan. Right from my entrance and greeting with Lindsey to a fabulous cleaning/xrays by Rachel and Jen and then meeting Doctor Cho who even squeezed in a filling that was required on the same day. I have to say it was probably one of the best dental experiences I’ve had and I will certainly return as a regular client. Friendly professional, and efficient five stars in all ways!!
I recently was approved for the Canadian Dental Plan. I was looking at the list of clinics that provided services under the plan i researched a couple different locations and decided to give this location a try. I haven't been to the dentist in over 20 years!! Went in first for new patient exam and followed up with a cleaning. Exam and xrays went by super quick staff was patient and easy going. I highly recommend Dr. Cho and all the staff. Dr Cho is amazing, I have a few issues and with her advise and knowledge we are working through them one at a time. Min is thoughtful and considerate, she is totally aware of your needs and accommodates them.
Anyone who knows me knows I have not had great experiences at the dentist at times but I was super comfortable and the staff are great I would recommend Dr Taves and his office anytime to anyone looking for a great dental experience
Dr Taves & his staff are extremely thorough. I would highly recommend going to this clinic for any dental care.
