My daughter absolutely loved her treatment we received here
My daughter had her birthday party here. When we showed up the owner was getting a manicure and the room was being occupied by another party at our setup time. Owner absolutely did not care and was chuckling while pampering herself instead of taking care of the ones who were paying guests. Miserable experience. Would under no circumstances recommend.

Terrible experience, unprofessional owner and staff.
I’m not one to ever leave a bad review or even make a complaint about anything, but this experience was one of the unprofessional encounters I’ve ever had. I booked my daughter’s 4th birthday party here in November from 12-3. I was given permission to show up at 11:30 to put up balloons in the party room. I hired a friend to set up my balloons, and when she arrived, she was told she couldn’t enter the party room because there was a party before mine that showed up late and the owner had allotted that party extra time.
