I have purchase a few items from Susanne. She has always put a personal touch to her items and even in the times I wanted very specific details, she was very accommodating. She is very professional to deal with and really goes above an and beyond for you.
Do not do business with this person! She does not send the products you pay for and when you try to dispute she does not respond. Buyer beware! Edit: it seems three years later the business owner is opening their doors again. I randomly received a refund THREE YEARS later. So yes, it has been resolved. But I still wouldn’t recommend them.
Susanne created a beautiful tree out of my late mother's costume jewellery pieces. It is now a treasured keepsake. Susanne is professional and responsive. Highly recommend!
