Talented stylists and colorists and great customer service
Anyone ever give themselves a "trim" that sort of worked but you needed refinement and a professional touch? I visited Lola Salon for the first time and picked Laura to help. Immediately I felt at ease meeting her. She has a very gentle, easy going and confident manner that enables her to really hear your issues/needs and then process the input and adjust the plan advised by her talent, style and years in the profession. I had one of my best hair services experiences at Lola just recently. My stylist is Laura who was wonderful! She actually listened to what my (mid-term) vision was and executed perfectly and did a lovely job! So many stylists do what they want to so that you walk out with some type of look that they feel is a reflection on them, but it's the antithesis of being a good stylist that complies with the client's wishes.
