Went for dinner last night with high expectations. Food was delicious, but service was sub-par. We could barely understand what the server was saying because she mumbled so badly. She apparently couldn’t understand us, either, because when we spoke our order she looked completely baffled. It seems that the servers do not understand the proper pronunciation of Italian dish names, which is unfortunate since nearly all of the dishes on the menu have Italian names. Hadn't visited this spot in quite awhile. We were so happy to come back! Our meal, the service, nice ambiance --> all wonderful. Started with a great dirty martini, the meatballs (delicious!!!), excellent and really fresh salad, scallops were incredibly tasty and cooked absolutely to perfection, our other pasta dish was dreamy! The pasya was so tasty too. Our server was simply the best. Nice wine list. Will return soon to sweet Lola Rose. Can't wait, loved it!
