overall I enjoyed my experience very much, my hair came out the way I was expecting and they were very kind. my appointment was at 10am, and I arrived 10 minutes early. they sat me down, asked me what I wanted, and started prepping. we started at 10 and began to move very quickly, in about 30 minutes 2 or 3 rows of my senegalese were installed, just not twisted yet.
