My experience at Lola for over 5 years has been outstanding. Sarah makes you feel welcome and comfortable and returns calls promptly. Dr. Shetler is excellent with an attention to detail, listening and recommending what will give the best outcome. Having a medical doctor skilled in facial anatomy as well as what cosmetic treatment will generate the best results is the advantage to this practice. I trust my face to this practice and I have been more than satisfied with the results.

I have had Botox & Fillers done, as well as the IPL Laser and most recently the Cool Peel laser done. And while I have been happy with all my results, I am blown away by the results of the Cool Peel laser. It did take longer than I expected to see the full effects of the treatment, but they were worth it. My main goal was to be able to run errands and feel comfortable without makeup and it has done that and so much more. I had Ultherapy done at Lola and couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience and results.
