We had a very disappointing experience with this business. My wife received Botox treatment and was advised to follow up in two weeks for any necessary adjustments. Despite multiple attempts to schedule that follow up including several phone calls and voicemails no one ever returned our calls. This lack of responsiveness and follow through was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
