***Review updated*** Desk lady has been replaced and the new one is fantastic!!! Helpful and polite. What a difference in our experience when we go there now!!! Stars increased!! previous review below... Desk lady who takes payment has zero social skills and is very rude. If the Dr's weren't good, I wouldn't go there. It is there one downfall and I don't know how she is kept on.

I went here with my child recently a bit nervous because of the negative reviews. I had no issues with reception I thought they were very nice I had all the paperwork filled out and I handed it to her and she politely told me they would be with us shortly. The wait time was not that long, they came out and my child got x-rays done, the staff were very helpful and kind to my child. They explained everything they were doing and going to do. Reception is rude and doesn’t want to answer questions even to get a tooth pulled is 5 months away no empathy ! Terrible customer service I can’t believe this is what our options are in nl for a child no less.

The past few times I've visited this location I've noticed the staff at the front desk don't seem to be very helpful or interested in the people they are supposed to be serving. As for the dentist they've done ok work on both me and my son.

Took my son here roughly 10 years ago. My son wouldn’t cooperate so the dentist took it upon himself to pin him down with his own body to do the work he needed to do.
