Great local value gym. All the equipment you need. Fairly priced. Only gets slightly crowded in main hours, nothing major, but you can enjoy any other time good facilities for pretty much yourself.
The first gym I have ever been to, very positive experience. Chris was welcoming and lovely. Not too busy and had a good range of equipment
Chris has been a great teacher, helped a lot with my fitness. Chris is very patient and has immense knowledge of how the body works! The gym is of super quality, kept clean day in day out, all equipments are best in class and are maintained very well. Very ergonomically designed to make use of the space ! Chris the owner is amazing and v welcoming. Great pricing and best of all for me - the only gym with 24/7 access, a cold plunge and sauna all in one. No egos - great community - best gym in area and I’ve been to all of them! Highly recommend.
