Chris has been a great teacher, helped a lot with my fitness. Chris is very patient and has immense knowledge of how the body works! The gym is of super quality, kept clean day in day out, all equipments are best in class and are maintained very well. Very ergonomically designed to make use of the space ! Has great facilities as well and has now newly available Spa and Sauna for use. I love the fact that it is not very busy and sometimes it is available almost like a personal gym. Chris the owner is amazing and v welcoming. Great pricing and best of all for me - the only gym with 24/7 access, a cold plunge and sauna all in one. No egos - great community - best gym in area and I’ve been to all of them! Highly recommend.

Great Gym, I wasn't overly confident about joining a gym at the start but the owner Chris made it a really easy process signing up and showed me around and how to use everything making the process very comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone starting out or those that are looking to join a new gym. 5 stars
