My service writer was Lee and he is an excellent employee and worked hard to make sure my repairs were completed and covered by the extended warranty company that covers my Titan! We was not an easy situation and my warranty company made it difficult and caused a one day repair take 7 days because they insisted that an inspector need to go to Lokey to check it even though the computer at Lokey diagnosed it already! Lokey was awesome and got me covered and back on the road!!
Friendly, efficient, timely. But would not demo the emergency braking system with pedestrian detection. Said there were too many exceptions as to why it would not work. Need to resolve elsewhere.
