The staff at this Lokey Nissan are excellent, especially my Service Advisor Chuck Schnitker! I will only bring my vehicle to him to take care of my vehicle service needs. Chuck is knowledgeable, knows my vehicle inside and out, and I have never felt like I was "sold" something that is not necessary. This visit was to replace my AC unit. While it was an expensive visit for my vehicle, it was a necessary service (I live in Florida). I’ve been a Lokey Nissan customer for the past 15 or so years; having bought both my 370Z Nismos (2011 and 2014) from them. Exceptional customer service and the quality of work done to my cars are always excellent. I also want to personally give a quick shoutout to Anthony along with Chuck and the wonderful techs at the service department for always going above and beyond whenever I entrust my car to them. Thank you all! I highly recommend Lokey Nissan to anyone looking to get their vehicles serviced.
If I could give zero stars I would . We had an issue with a Mazda that we purchased used at Lokey Nissan . We called the dealership to make an appointment as the service engine light had come on and some additional warnings had displayed on the dash board . Yes I know it’s a Mazda and not a Nissan , we did purchased the extended warranty on the vehicle so I assumed they would be able to address the issue .
