I bought a certified pre owned nissan rouge 2022 couple months ago and i came back to change the oil after 5k miles, the car was in perfect condition and when they gave it to me back after changing oil it was shaking and vibration, i thought its normal at the beginning and when i came back for checking they said its the transmission mount , (they broke it when they hold the car up while changing the oil) and they asked for 1164$ to change it . Horrible service
