I just started at Lokal Strength and have never felt more comfortable in a gym, even as someone who has never done CrossFit before. The people are so kind and supportive and the workouts are scalable for every fitness level.
Lokal Strength has changed my life in ways I never expected. When I first started CrossFit in October 2020, I had no idea what I was capable of. I doubted myself constantly. I love Lokal Strength. The environment is so welcoming and encouraging. Lokal has such a strong sense of community that you don’t get from other gyms. Everyone feels like your friend who wants to see you succeed.
I tried every CrossFit gym in town, but once I came to Lokal, I knew it was home. Not only is the community at Lokal amazing, the programming and coaching is also top notch. I particularly appreciate their focus on building strength in addition to cardio. All you have to do is show up, have fun with friends, work hard, and you will get faster and stronger. Any athlete at any level can truly come here, improve their skills, and have a great time. Also, we have a gym cat. 🐱
