Overall experience very good. Staff helpful and professional. Never had an issue getting through to someone. My only little feedback (and I do realize this is a storage unit and it is outdoors) would be that they spray for spiders from time to time. You can't prevent all of them, but my stuff had a lot of them, especially the stuff near the door. If you store here, also be sure to put your stuff on pallets if you can.
