This place is a joke! Lady is rude as hell when she does answer the phone. She has told me every single month that she has me on autopay but then I get charged a $10 late fee the day after payment is due. It is hell trying to get someone on the phone. This place used to be good a few years ago. Now they are Horrible!! Nobody is ever in the office. Nobody ever answers there phones. They have like 4 different phone numbers and still can't answer a single one My wallet was stolen and I've been trying to update my payment information but the only way to do that is over the phone. Lokit up storage in sapulpa is straight trash you pay your bill on time every month and can’t get in there gate and they tell you you’re locked out bc you past due I have receipts from Every month paid in advance and have sent them to the no English speaking sobs and they are trying to make me pay an extra 109 dollars for this month when I’ve already paid my monthly of 44 dollars I do not recommend this storage place
These people were pretty decent. Not sure what happened but they're pretty horrible and shady now. They only take payments online but they lock out your online account and tell you to call them. They have some foreign sounding voice mail and you leave a message or numerous messages and they don't call you back! I'm beginning to believe they're now in the business of charging up people, not letting them pay, and then stealing your stuff!! STAY AWAY!!!!
