I have used this storage for 11 yrs. All my stuff always been safe. Very nice staff. Clean location. Nothing has ever been stolen. They respond to you promptly when you reach out. Great location. I definitely recommend them.
This place is a joke! Lady is rude as hell when she does answer the phone. She has told me every single month that she has me on autopay but then I get charged a $10 late fee the day after payment is due. It is hell trying to get someone on the phone. I have been calling since Monday last week (12/22) and I have left about 8 voicemails. Here it is Wednesday (12/31) and still no answer or call back. This place is beyond frustrating. This place used to be good a few years ago. Now they are Horrible!! Nobody is ever in the office. Nobody ever answers there phones. They have like 4 different phone numbers and still can't answer a single one My wallet was stolen and I've been trying to update my payment information but the only way to do that is over the phone. Lokit up storage in sapulpa is straight trash you pay your bill on time every month and can’t get in there gate and they tell you you’re locked out bc you past due I have receipts from Every month paid in advance and have sent them to the no English speaking sobs and they are trying to make me pay an extra 109 dollars for this month when I’ve already paid my monthly of 44 dollars I do not recommend this storage place
