I recently had my first dental checkup in Australia with Dr. Lok, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. He was incredibly patient and thorough, asking me numerous questions to fully understand my concerns. He took the time to explain each step of the procedure, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout. The overall experience was fantastic—not only was Dr. Lok professional and understanding, but the entire staff was also welcoming and friendly. A definite 10/10 from me!
Dr. Lok and his team are the best dental team I’ve ever been to! They were super understanding when I was late to my appointment and still took the time to help me through the process without any rush. Dr. Lok is really friendly and easygoing—he listened to all my concerns and walked me through everything step-by-step. Needless to say, their service is top-notch. 10/10 would recommend!
