I have hired Kirk twice in the last few years for surveys of my properties. He completed the work quickly and for a fair price.

Would definitely not recommend.We bought a house a yr ago and he has never shown up.Told me several times he would be here and then ghosted me.What kind of buisness is this??? Bad buisness all around. If I could leave a zero I would.
Been paid since we closed beginning of april. He made us wait until our neighbor who had conjoined land we are separating bought their house and he got paid for that so he didn’t have to come out twice. Weren’t too happy about it but we just went along with it. Neighbor bought the house weeks after us and it still took weeks to get him out. He then proceeds to do ONLY THEIR LAND. He put one stake in ours. As we have 4.71 acres he never completed the job. Has told our realtor he would be out and never showed… STILL WAITING!!�... read more
Under no circumstances should you contact Kirk Casterline to get a survey done. Unresponsive and doesn’t meet his own deadlines. Accepted the job and never responded for weeks. Eventually gave up on it.
