Had my bike for 5 weeks before telling me they can't find parts...then dropped it off at the wrong house.
Horrible service...brought bike in for safety and after waiting a week and calling them for an update they said they found 3 things that needed to be fixed. I didn't have the money so asked for the bike back...2 days later they dropped it off at the wrong house. I stored it and saved to get the parts fixed and when I brought back to them, they did a 2nd safety and found completely different things that now needed to be fixed.
