I have used LRC for a number of projects spanning from run-of-the-mill DOB filings to more complicated issues with DEP/DOB/DOT. They are a bit old-school when compared with other expeditors which is reflected in their more competitive pricing and they have always come through for me. Occasionally, response time is not as immediate as my NY minute may need thus the slightly less than perfect score.
