Wow extremely unpleasant man. He kept telling me to come and see it in person while I was trying to ask him basic questions. Like if the apartment faces the interior/exterior, how many units are there. I am exhausted living out of a hotel because of a fire that happened and don't have time to be driving around looking at apartments 'blind". Guy cut me off after 5 minutes saying he didn't have time to answer every little question. I see other people have posted similar things on the review. Today, I spoke with “Ray” directly and was incredibly disappointed, considering the other reviews provided. Makes me wonder if they were coerced. Very unpleasant experience overall. I would never rent from this property
I have lived here for the past 3 years. I love it here. Roy and team are very responsive in any concerns I have had. It’s quiet, convenient location with great amenities. The pool is always clean, the gym has a good variety of options, fire pits and grills are available for resident use and there’s a dog park with a full size dog bathing area. They take a lot of pride in maintaining the property and are very friendly.
