Top-notch professionals who go above and beyond to serve their clients' needs. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I was recommended to Lowis by word of mouth. I heard that she's done excellent service in the past, but quality may have deteriorated (to acceptable levels) in recent years. I'm rating 2 stars because I can't give input into the quality of her tax services, but I had an unpleasant experience dealing with her office. My first issue with Lois is that she was inconsistent with calling me back. They said she would call me immediately after she was done with a call at 10:00am.
