Lois is a master at finding your tight spots and digging in to release them and balance your muscles. My neck was a mess when I went in and I am so relieved now. Why didn’t I go in sooner??!! Her place is peaceful and calm. I always leave feeling like I am well cared for and pain free. She is also just a really lovely and caring human. Just go!!
After I see Lois my quality of life gets drastically better. She helps me in ways I couldn’t imagine would be possible and when I’m in pain from muscle tension I trust that I have someone who can always fix it. I would send anyone I know and love to her. Lois is a healer. The body work she does will put you back towards being your best. She's extremely knowledgeable and has a huge toolbox of skills. She is as kind as she is worth your time. I've recommended many friends to Lois and each of them have walked out changed from how they walked in.
