Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I have been with Dr. Loiodice for 20 years, and have never had an issue. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

I am always able to get an appointment the same day and I never have to wait long in the waiting room. It happens to be one of his pet peeves, he doesn't like to keep people waiting long. My last doctor I had to wait forever. He takes his time and answers all of your questions and never rushes you. In fact, when my insurance changed and my kids could no longer go to their pediatrician, he told me to bring them there, he loves kids. So now this is where our whole family goes. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
