Quiet crowd (fitness room) other centers(drc) music way too loud...can hear over my head phones

Visited the playground with my daughter.
My first year of enrolling my soon to be 5yrs old child ! The facility seems to be a very well kept facility & my child seems to like it there ! I only have one or two things to share to any parent clutching their hard earned $ just understand they observe all holidays & that week you pick or any missed paid days it is a lost & i believe that information is in the pamphlet, & the communication is poor.
