I've been a customer over 5 years and they ALWAYS take care of me. I've always had a good sales rep, good delivery drivers and excellent customer service. Ordering is easy, and communication is on point. Deliveries are always as expected. I truly wish more national brands would distribute through Lohr.
so bad response as i called them and talk to sales representative she behave so bad on call and incomplete the communication questions today
