Horrible service. Our air broke down 2 weeks ago & they showed up 2 hours late for the appointment without calling and letting us know!! Then it broke down again a week later and it's a fairly new system!! They refused to fix it!! We wouldn't trust them, they aren't who they claim they are. We would have given a negative star if it was available.

Brandon has been my go-to A/C guy for over 7 years. Him and his crew have always been quick to respond and they do an absolutely phenomenal job. I highly recommend Lohnes Heat & Air!

Wonderful, truly owned family business. He was so so helpful, and saved me a couple thousand dollars compared to other estimates. He stayed until I was able to understand what he was doing, and how to keep the air running. Truly appreciated him.

Wow! This company gave more than I even knew to ask for when looking for help. I originally contacted them to clean our vents and ductwork. After they looked at our system and listened to me talk about some respiratory issues, they did me a step better and first installed a UV system to kill all bacteria, molds, viruses, and lessen dust mite and animal dander, then to follow up with the cleaning.
